California CITE/CSPA DPA signed
Vivipod has completed the California CITE/CSPA DPA. This sits within the broader SDPC/NDPA-style student privacy framework used by districts across the U.S.
K–12 districts typically require classroom technology vendors to sign a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) covering what student data is collected, how it is used, who can access it, and when it is deleted.
Higher ed institutions are also subject to FERPA and campus privacy policies, but their review requirements vary. This map focuses on school districts; contact us for an agreement tailored to your institution.
Vivipod has completed the California CITE/CSPA DPA, Minnesota's DPA via SWWC, and an ECNO VASP assessment for Ontario and Nova Scotia. We also support the NDPA-aligned SDPC framework used by districts across the U.S.
Use the map to find coverage for your state or province, including any required local addenda.
