No. Students, colleagues, and anyone else posting to your Topics never need a subscription. When a Space owner has Plus, everyone recording in their Topics gets the longer recording limit.

Yes. No card, no time limit, no ads. You can run real discussions with up to 3 Spaces, unlimited Topics and participants, video comments with @mentions and timestamped feedback, and recordings up to 90 seconds. Most instructors run their first activity on the free plan and upgrade only when they want longer recordings or more Spaces.

Checkout asks for a card so your plan can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. If you keep Plus, you are billed at the launch rate you signed up with, founding supporter or early bird.

The first 100 people to subscribe to the annual plan get 70% off, $36 a year instead of $120, for as long as they stay subscribed. Founding supporters also join the founding supporter community with early looks at what we are building, help shape the Vivipod roadmap, and get priority support. It applies to the annual plan only; switching to monthly later ends the founding discount. The pricing page shows how many spots are left.

Early-bird is 50% off the list price of Plus, applied automatically at checkout on the monthly plan, and on the annual plan once the founding supporter spots are gone. The discount stays on your subscription for as long as it remains active, including renewals. The offer itself is for a limited time while Vivipod Plus is new; the price you lock in does not change when the offer ends.

You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Topics that already have a longer recording limit keep it, so a class in progress is never disrupted. New Topics and new changes follow the free plan limits until you subscribe again.

One agreement covers every teacher on your school's email domain, with pricing based on the size of your school or district. We provide a quote, invoice billing, and a signed data privacy agreement where your state or district requires one. Email support@vivipod.com and we will set up a demo or send a quote.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Vivipod never sees or stores your card number. You can update your card or cancel from Settings → Subscription in the app at any time. To move between monthly and annual billing, email support@vivipod.com and we will switch you over.

No. Every plan includes the full recorder, Spaces, Topics, video comments, moderation, and notifications. Plus is for instructors who want recordings longer than 90 seconds or more than 3 Spaces.
